  • Overview

    McIntire Solutions, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Service Manager to assist our IC customer developing and implementing a cloud cyber security program; including full lifecyle development and deployment of enterprise cyber security solutions.  Limited travel is required.


    • Lead and manage service desk tasks for a large-scale enterprise service desk.
    • Execute IT service management
    • Implement service improvement processes.
    • Lead, direct, and evaluate project task execution and performance.


    • Current/active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
    • Bachelor’s degree in STEM field.
    • Eight (8) years of experience is preferred, but candidates with experience managing or leading services desk tasks for a large-scale enterprise service desk will be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • DoD 8570 IAT Level II or Level III required (e.g, Security + CE, CISSP certifications, etc).
    • Experience executing IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with commercial off-the-shelf ITSM suites, including BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.
    • Experience with implementing service improvement processes in response to performance metrics or service level agreements
    • Experience leading, directing, and evaluating task execution and performance exercising latitude and independence of the team to implement solutions, as needed


    Desired Skills

    • Master’s degree in STEM field.
    • Experience working with Flag Level/General Officers and/or Senior Executive Service (SES) or Senior National Intelligence Service (SNIS).
